Cancellations, Return &Exchange Policy 

Cancellations 

We understand that sometimes order want to be cancelled due to repeat order or no needs any more.

Show us the order number through e-mail info@mybombhair.com or Whatsapp: +86 18024663691 before you decide to cancel the order.

Kindly remind that the order allows to be cancelled within 6 hours after order put before shipment made only.

Return 

We are always here to help. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase completely

If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we gladly offer returns and exchanges items unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged which should be under the original condition that is postmarked within 3 days.

Within 3-7 days, exchange within the original state accepted only, while you need to be responsible for the shipping cost as well as the duty by the customs by yourself.Hope it would get the understanding from you.

Before shipping back, please contact us firstly for the shipping address. We Reserve all rights to reject the package which send back without our permission.

Procedure for the returns,

  1. Email info@mybombhair  within 24 hours to make an application for return. Emails received after the 24 hours will not be taken into consideration. 
  2. Please email us with photos of the goods for our reference.
  3. Before returning, please contact us first; we are not responsible for any packages posted without our consent.

Exchange 

  1. Email info@mybombhair within 24 hours after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Emails received after the 24 hours will not be taken into consideration.
  2. Please email us with a photo or short video of item for our reference.
  3. We can offer one time FREE exchanges for the items that have not been worn or tampered with. But the customers will be required to pay the shipping fee of sending the item back to us. After we have received the returned package from you we will then ship the exchanged item for free.
  4. For any price differences of the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge.
  5. Rush Exchange:
    You can place a new order and receive your refund when the original item arrives back. 
    -Place a new order online, we will send your new purchase after payment confirmed
    -When we receive and process the eligible returned product, we'll issue the refunds or store credit that has no expiry date.

    1. Why The Products Must be under Original Condition?

    100% human hair products are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allows No Original Condition items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair vendors do not allow returns of opened items for the same concern.

    Kindly remind that customers also need to be responsible for the duty or tax when return the item under reason of Dislike/Unsuitable or Style/Color Exchange. Duty or Tax would charged by customs 

     

    3, When Will I Receive My Refund?

    Full refund will issued to the original method of payment (account) after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair products under the original condition as shipped. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and show us with the tracking number.
