Kindly note that orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours after placement and before shipment.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your selection, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for items that are unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and must be in their original condition, postmarked within 7 days.
Exchanges within the original condition are accepted within 14 days, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as any customs duties or taxes. Thank you for your understanding.
Before returning an item, please contact us first for the correct shipping address. We reserve the right to reject packages returned without our permission.

You may place a new order and receive your refund when the original item is returned.
Place your new order online; we will ship your purchase after payment confirmation.
Once we receive and process the returned item, we will issue a refund or store credit (no expiry).
Q1: Why must products be in original condition?
A: 100% human hair products are considered hygienic items. For safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges of items that are not in original condition. Other hair vendors follow the same practice.
